Hunting License Sales Decrease
Statistics show hunting license sales are continuing their decline, falling nationally for the last eight years (since 1993). According to the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, 14.9 million hunting licenses were purchased in 1997, a drop of two percent nationwide from 1996.
